ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2001 and currently has a small team of one full-time and two part-time team members. Before opening my agency, I spent eight years as a fire claims representative with State Farm, which gave me a strong foundation in understanding customer needs and how to provide exceptional service.
I studied business at College of Charleston. Outside of work, my husband and I enjoy working on home construction projects and cheering on Carolina Football.
We offer a Simple IRA, flexible scheduling to support work-life balance, and licensing reimbursement. While our community involvement mostly focuses on financial support, we’re proud to contribute to local causes in meaningful ways.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Ashley Johnson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
